Cluster repair for Australian 4x4s

Patrol, LandCruiser, Hilux, Navara, Prado, Pathfinder, Surf — different badges, same workshop. Send the cluster (or fuel sender) and we'll assess it on the bench, quote per gauge, and bench-test before return.

How we work

4x4 clusters live hard lives — heat soak, corrugations, decades of use. Rather than guess the fault from a forum thread, we pull the cluster apart on the bench, identify what's actually failed, and quote per gauge. You only pay for what we touch.

Cluster resolder

Cold joints on the cluster PCB re-flowed by hand under magnification — the fix for most ageing 4x4 tachos and speedos.

Stepper & sender service

Fuel, temp and boost steppers serviced or replaced. Tank-side senders (e.g. Hilux) reconditioned when that's the actual fault.

Backlight refresh

Original bulbs swapped for matched LEDs while the cluster is open — crisp, even night-driving illumination.

12-month warranty

Resolder and sender work covered for 12 months from return. Free repeat repair if something we touched fails.
